Madugu is a seasoned civil engineer and infrastructure specialist with over 14 years of dynamic experience spanning construction, structural design, and environmental technology management. He has overseen and delivered landmark projects—from the iconic X-shaped lecture theater at the University of Abuja to premium residential developments and foundation works for the Nigerian Customs Service quarters.

Madugu’s career reflects a rare blend of academic depth and field-tested expertise. He holds an MSc in Environmental Technology Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a B.Eng in Civil Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University. His research in sustainable soil stabilization, particularly the use of palm oil fuel ash, underscores his commitment to environmentally responsible engineering.

His technical proficiency includes advanced structural design using Orion and PROTA, fabrication supervision certified by ASNT Level 2 and CSWIP 3.1, and practical leadership across multi-disciplinary teams. From supervising Cosgrove Investment’s 44-unit Katampe estate to leading construction of Wuse 2 luxury terraces, his work combines precision, innovation, and results-driven execution.

Madugu also brings a unique perspective shaped by cross-sector experience, including time spent in the financial services industry as a Relationship Manager with Keystone Bank.
